- designation, optimization and description of enterprise business-process system in notation of Modeling Language by Tupkalo for the following efficient adoption of computer-aided management systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), standardization (increase of controllability) of business activity according to accounting and managerial tasks, providing replication of business-processes in the branch;

ManagementConsultCenter “Tupkalo & Partners TM” was founded in 2000 when we started the first projects and held the first open and corporative seminars on enterprises in Ukraine. We did the considerable theoretical and practical work in creating efficient technology in establishing regular process management. Our experience is based on synthesis of performed projects, understanding of innovation technologies of management through the prism of fundamental basis of theory of management. So we offer both consulting projects and training-consulting seminars which help to understand and watch the stages of increase in management efficiency in complex.
