In the report offered approach to the synthesis process-oriented control system by an enterprise. This approach differs from already known that oriented to realization of thesis «Structure follows by strategy» and has a scientific evidential base of observance at the synthesis four basic principles known in the theory of organizational systems «determinedness», «hierarchicalness», "completeness and consistency" and "synergism". First formulated the concept and developed a model of the main element of the synthesis of hierarchical control systems - the "Pyramid of process management of enterprise". As a methodological support for the establishment and improvement of systems process - oriented management of enterprises in accordance with the thesis of "management structure follows strategy" proposed a new model of language process business - modeling - the TML language. The language is in contrast to the known languages of UML, ARIS and IDEF allows full and consistent display all three types of deterministic flows "linear", "cyclical" and "branched on the condition” of functional activities.
